Just who do judges think they are? Making up the law as they go along, doesn’t it make you proud about our un-written constitution, that cannot be broken, because it doesn’t exist.
The internet makes this kind of thing impossible to keep quiet. (The Barbara Streisand effect strikes again).
Judges need to wake up and realise that it’s wrong to silence the press, otherwise, sooner or later something that is of the utmost importance to the public will not be able to be reported on because of a stupid Super-Injection. It’s a slippery slope!!
Luckily for us the Americans are not bound by the UKs reporting laws.

Here is a link to a movie which makes compelling viewing. It show how people are getting more and more targeted internet content.
Taken to the extreme, this could make us all extremists. An example being that if I was right wing in my views, the different sites would show me more right wing content and less left wing content, possibly giving you more and more reinforcement eventually leading to extreme views like fascism. Or if your views were left wing the systems would show you ever increasing content eventually tending towards communism?
Are our views being polarised by Bayesian algorithms?
Are you seeing the internet, or are you seeing what the internet wants you to see?
